A great hotel in an awesome setting with a wide array of little extras.

The staff was friendly and reasonably good, always with a smile on face. Booked a room with excellent views of the Sunny Day beach. Included a mini-bar, climate control and multi-channel television, and the bed was comfy.

Though everything was great, some of the staff were very lazy.

The location is stunning, close to Queen Mary castle in Balchik, making it convenient to go everywhere. the rooms with a double terrace were truly enjoyable. - the hotel is clean and has very friendly and attentive staff.

The hotel is located in front of a beautiful beach, providing guests with amazing views and a convenient access to the shore. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, offering a gorgeous view of the sea. The hotel also had excellent spa facilities, including an outdoor mineral water pool and an indoor swimming pool.

The free car parking for guests was difficult to find and the staff were not particularly helpful in guiding guests to the parking area.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a beautiful beachside location. The hotel was well-renovated and had a wonderful spa where I could relax and unwind. The staff were attentive and always available to assist with any needs. My spacious suite had a comfortable bed, and I especially enjoyed the external hot mineral pool. The cherry on top was the stunning view of the beach from my room. The location was perfect for exploring the charming town of St. Constantine and Elena.

Additionally, the food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I have never had such tasty and satisfying meals before. The personal staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. And I must mention the stunning entrance to the palace, it truly added to the grandeur of the experience.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right on the beach front. We spent most of our weekend lounging on the beach, enjoying the sun and the beautiful view. The food at the fish restaurant was absolutely delicious, fresh and tasty. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised when we found out we could keep the beach towels and sun beds until later, giving us a full day on the beach. It was a great complement.

The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy and it was hard to sleep with it on. Also, we noticed that the restaurant menu did not have much variety during our stay.

The lack of individual air conditioning made the room uncomfortable. The small elevators caused long wait times.
